It's understandable that when you buy your products, you need reassurance that you can change your mind, when you want to, and get your money back.
To help give you that peace of mind, this site offers a 30 day return policy so you can live without the pressure of needing to return products quickly.
• You can return any items you purchased for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the unused condition that you received them in.
• The cost of returning goods is at your own cost. It's recommended that you use a parcel delivery company that will insure you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Please note that hygiene or incontinence products cannot be accepted back if the packets have been opened or hygiene stickers have been removed.
Choice Shops cannot accept returns of specially ordered, bespoke or made to measure products.
You do not need to call the team in order to return an item unless the item is incorrect, has a fault or falls outside of the guarantee period.
Waiting around all day for a collection can be frustrating, for your convenience Choice Shops are working with Collect+ so you can drop off parcels of up to 10kg in weight at your leisure:
For parcels up to 10kg in weight*, with maximum dimensions of 60cm x 50cm x 50cm only £4.49!
Return to over 5,800 Collect+ locations, open late 7 days a week.
For parcels over 10kg*, Parcel2Go are recommened as an independent comparison tool to find the best value for your returns.
For extra-large items over 31.5kg in weight* a home collection service may be available from £20 per parcel.

You are welcome to arrange your own returns outside of these options. To return a health or incontinence product, please enclose the original delivery note stating the reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund and send it to:

If you have lost your original delivery note don’t worry! Just print out and complete the Returns Form, and send it with the item to the address shown on the form.
For instructions to return any other product, please contact our customer service team on 0800 046 1501. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your item is received and inspected by the service department, your refund will be automatically processed and issued. Please note that depending on your bank, a refund can take up to 7 working days to show in your account.
Booking a service with Collect+ a contract is formed between yourself the consumer and Collect+ the supplier and is independent of Choice Shops LTD. Choice Shops LTD will not be held liable for any delays, losses or failures of service.
If your product is damaged on delivery or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact within 7 days of delivery, or as soon as the warranty issue is noticed, by calling our customer service team on 0800 046 1501.
Unfortunately, items can not be accepted for repair and spares are not stocked for all products.
